terms of service
Payment is always upfront. (USD / Paypal or Ko-fi)
Product will be delivered digitally. My commission turnaround is always between 3-5 weeks on average. Outside life stuff may delay further on rare occasions.
Multiple revisions allowed during commission sketch phase. During linework/color requests to fix mistakes can be made. After product is finished only minor changes can be made. Larger changes last minute will be done with a fee.
Refunds must be discussed for commissions/YCHS not yet started. Refund requests on pieces already started may be allowed for partial refund, or may be declined all together depending on work completed.
I will never accept NFT/blockchain/bitcoin.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space. If I learn you've put my commission work into AI you will be perma blocked from working with me.
All payment plans (minimum $250 for payment plan) must be paid $100-150 first payment depending on price of CM. Payments thereafter can be discussed.
I accept private commissions with no extra fee
Artist retains rights to art provided, however commissioner has non-commercial privileges to re-post and share finished product wherever. Some exclusions may apply depending on situation.
